Omnisend aims squarely at online stores that find Klaviyo too expensive. The prebuilt flows for abandoned carts, welcome series, and win-backs are ready in minutes, email and SMS live in the same workflow, and the free plan is enough for a small store to start properly. The segmentation goes less deep than Klaviyo, but for most small and mid-size shops it is the smarter deal.
